How far in advance should I place my order?
Celebration Collections require at least 7 days' notice.
Luxe Premium Customization requires 14 days' notice.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional rush fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate your date.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is one dozen per treat type.
How do I place an order?
Start by completing our Start Your Celebration form. We'll review your event details, availability, and requested treats and follow up with your order details and pricing. Your date is not reserved until your required payment has been received.
When is my order officially confirmed?
Your order is officially confirmed once your required payment has been received. Submitting an inquiry or receiving a quote does not reserve your date.
Can I mix flavors?
Absolutely!
Flavors may be mixed by the dozen.
Example:

✔ 1 dozen Strawberry

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Orders under $100 are paid in full at booking.
Orders over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
When is my remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup.
Can I make changes to my order after booking?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Currently, all orders are pickup by appointment.

At this time, Luxe Sweet Studio specializes in handcrafted dessert treats rather than traditional cakes.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that also processes common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Because we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we are unable to accommodate severe food allergies. If you have an allergy concern, please contact us before placing your order.
